Mewtwo weaknesses and armored markers in Pokémon GO
Armored Mewtwo is back to pokemon Go in a special event, celebrating the 20th anniversary of Pokémon. Pokémon Go Fans can expect to meet clone versions of Charizard, Blastoise, Venasaur and Pikachu, and versions of Pikachu, Eevee, Charmander, Squirtle, Bulbasaur, Nidorino and Gengar. You can only meet Armored Mewtwo than March 1st from 14h to 17h at your local time, and it's not a problem.
MEWTWO armored weaknesses
Armored Mewtwo is a particularly powerful Pokémon with a robust defense, making it an ideal choice if you need a robust drizzle to make damage against another. It's a pure Psychic Pokémon, which makes it low for bug, dark and ghost movements.
Pokémon to counter MEWTWO shielded
You have a variety of different choices to use against Armored Mewtwo. Your main options include Gengar, Hydrongon and Tyranitar.
Gengar is a poison and ghost Pokémon. It has an excellent attack, but not such a good defense, which means you want to use it when you want to make big damage to a shielded mewtwo, but it will not last too long. You want him to know the licking and shadow ball. Alternatively, you can use the one who knows the hexagonal ball and shadow. You want to optimize Gengar's Ghost movements, using them as much and quickly to divide a shielded mewtwo, but it is a fighting fight given the lower gengar defense.
HydErigon is a Dark and Dragon type Pokémon capable of inflicting heavy damage, just like Gengar. A hyduary has more defense available and even more attack. When you have hydroney in your group, you want it to know the bite and the dark pulse, the two being dark type attacks. Although its attack is greater than its global defense, you can use it as a stable tank to work against a shielded mewtwo to start.
Tyranitar is another optimal choice because it is Dark and rock type. It is partly with hyduary to have higher damage and a more robust defense, especially if it knows how to bite and crunch. You want to double the dark-type attacks while fighting the shielded mewtwo. It is better to avoid any rock-type movement on Tyranitar, but if you have one with an alternative Dark attack, you could also give him a shot in the fight.
These are not the only choices you want to use against Armored Mewtwo. Your other options include Chandele, Girata, Mewtwo, Escavalier, Sincizor, Pinsir, Absol and many more. You may want to choose a decent defensive pokémon to hold the line against him. If you have a lot of Pokémon capable of reducing his health, you should do exceptionally well with your team.
You can find Armored Mewtwo as a five-star raid on March 1st from 14h to 17h, and you can meet Gengar and Nidorino with party hats in four and two star raids, respectively. Gengar and Nidorino are also exclusive at this time.
